Amarantus MA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amarantus Therapeutics, Inc. Driven by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ demonstrated commitment to attracting and supporting the life sciences along with the proximity to world-renowned researchers, the Company will expand Amarantus operations to include a separate entity that will allow it to move quickly from research to therapy in indication areas currently outside its development scope. Amarantus MA will initially focus on the development of AMRS001 for the treatment of Diabetes and ALS, as well as advance scientific research to better understand the biology behind AMRS001 in order to identify other avenues for potential therapeutic development.
